I have had many problems with this car. This my third engine. I have taken my car to Chris BMW for the last 3 years. I have spent in excess of $25,000 in repairs. My car in at BMW at least every month or every other month. Often times it needs to go to the shop but I either don't have time or I feel it's a waste of time, because I know that when I get it back it still won't be repaired. Each time I bring my car to Chris BMW it either comes back not repaired or some other problem has developed at the shop. Frankly, I don't think they have anyone qualified to work on it!! I ask each and every time "are you sure it is repaired?", there response is "yes" it's in good condition!!. As soon as I drive it off, I notice it drives "different". Due to time constraints, I just go on and hope it will "be all right". Of course it never is. I bring it back. The scenario is replayed. It is repaired, yes. I drive it. It is not!!. The last time I was there, I cried. This is so painful!! I am a realtor. I work with clients everyday that are unable to buy a home because on their credit report they have a voluntary repossession. Well, it's is no wonder. How many people can pay $720.00 per month and have to use alternative transportation? This is shameful. BMW needs to take this problem away. How can BMW in good conscious continue to sell "junk cars" and not stand behind their product. I recently heard that the chairman was fired. Poor man. He doesn't have a good product to work with. What can you expect? I beg you, please help me. I cannot take this pain any longer. I can empathize with the "postal workers". This can of service can cause a sane person to commit irrational acts. Finally, all I want is for BMW take this problem from me. Oh, I forgot to tell you, my car is still in the shop going on the 5th month. Sincerely, Jennette Weatherspoon Atlanta, Ga.
