-just read your amazing story my friend.
all i can say is that i almost felt sick with disbelief
upon hearing this sad tale.
my new girlfriend has lately been winning the battle over my long-time
dislike of BMW(i always thought there was something suspect going on!)
right up to the point that i was considering buying one in the future,
but now i am almost relieved to have been part of your tale of
misfortune (so as to avert my own...)though it saddens me to see you so
obviously given the run-around and being made a fool of.
the only real consolation i can offer you is that reading this horror
story has potentially saved me around $12,000NZ that i was prepared to
pay for a good 320i coupe.
i am not telling you this to make fun of you or rub your nose in it,
quite the contrary, all i am trying to say is that i applaud you making
a big stink over this issue and that i thank you for potentially saving
another motorist of class and distinction from wrongly investing his
hard earned cash.

please keep me informed of your progress
in your civil action against BMW
i will tell this sorry tale to other BMW fans, whom i will try to deter
